Coach-Run. Non-Profit. Built to Take Care of Coaches.
Dutch FC was built by coaches, for coaches because we believe if you take care of your coaches, they'll take care of your players.

We have built a framework no other club offers: transparency, and an environment that's fair and reasonable — for coaches, parents, and players alike. The result is simple: a drama-free environment where everyone can just experience the game.
A Different Deal for Coaches
At most clubs, a coach's salary is a decision someone else makes — and it doesn't move, no matter how well the team grows. We do it differently.
List of Services
-
Transparent, merit-based payItem Link List Item 1
You know exactly what you'll earn, and if you grow your team, your pay grows with it. Your success is in your hands — not up to someone else's discretion.
-
About $1,000 less than other competitive clubs in the areaItem Link List Item 2
— for families, without cutting into what our coaches earn or what our program delivers. Low cost for families, high value for everyone.
-
We fund your education.Item Link List Item 3
Working toward your USSF C License, or want to move past it? Dutch FC pays for it. We invest in your development because your growth is our growth.
-
A real coaching community.Item Link List Item 4
Multiple coaches' meetings throughout the year and an annual coaching symposium. At a lot of clubs, coaches are on an island — they coach their team and that's it. Here, you're part of something.
-
A curriculum, not a cage.Item Link
We have a clear philosophy and curriculum every team follows — but you have the flexibility to coach your way. We want your creativity and your adaptability, not a script.
-
High standards.Item Link
This isn't a club where anyone can do whatever they want. We hold coaches to a high bar — because that's what pushes coaches, and players, to a level they can't reach on their own.
-
We help you find a place to train.Item Link
Don't have a facility locked in? We often help coaches find and secure training locations — and we invest directly in expanding into new locations as the club grows.
You Coach. We Handle the Rest.
Coaching a team is hard enough without also running a business. Here's what's behind you at Dutch FC:
Administrative support
We have a full-time staff dedicated to supporting parents, managers, and coaches — so you're not stuck handling every logistical and administrative headache on your own.
Program expansion
We have real experience helping expand programming — camps, clinics, and skills sessions — that create additional revenue and grow your teams in both quantity and quality.
Technology
We go beyond just Playmetrics. Website, ads, SEO, and CRM tools are all part of what we provide — helping your team and program attract new members and retain the ones you have, so you spend less time replacing players and more time developing them.
Facilities
We help secure, improve, and maintain training facilities where needed. Our process-oriented approach lets us maintain facilities at a fraction of the typical cost.
We Take Care of Our Coaches First
Dutch FC is a non-profit club. Most clubs in the Metroplex are for-profit businesses first and soccer clubs second. We're not. Every dollar we bring in goes back into the experience we provide — our coaches, our players, and our community.
We believe the greatest asset any club has is its coaching staff. So we invest real time, real money, and real attention into the people who coach for us — because we know that a coach who is genuinely taken care of will take care of their players.
"If the club takes care of the coaches, the coaches will take care of the players."

Dutch FC isn't run by administrators or a parent board. It's run by coaches — people who have played the game at a high level and coached it for years at a high level, too. Every decision we make about the club is made by people who understand what it actually takes on the field.
