Born with a passion for soccer that ignited at the tender age of 8, June's journey into the world of sports began with a simple declaration to her father: she wanted to play on a soccer team. From that moment onward, the beautiful game became an integral part of her life. Whether engaging in recreational matches or immersing herself in the intensity of street ball with neighborhood kids, soccer was more than just a sport; it was a calling.

Despite not having the opportunity to compete at the club level during her formative years, June's dedication to the game never wavered. Instead, it fueled her ambition to contribute to the sport in other ways. Graduating from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology provided her with the knowledge and understanding of human movement that would later prove invaluable in her coaching career.

Upon entering adulthood, June embarked on a new chapter by delving into the world of semi-professional soccer, seizing the opportunity to showcase her skills on a larger stage. This experience not only honed her abilities as a player but also instilled in her a deeper appreciation for the intricacies of the game.

At the age of 19, June took her first steps into the realm of coaching, initially viewing it as a means to occupy her time while pursuing further education. Little did she know, coaching would soon become her true calling. It was during her inaugural season coaching a group of 8-year-old children that the realization struck her. Witnessing the growth and development of her young players, one parent's heartfelt affirmation resonated deeply within her: "This is your calling." From that moment onward, coaching became not just a profession but a passion.

Today, June is privileged to work alongside a team of dedicated coaches who share her vision of nurturing talent and shaping the next generation of players. Together, they strive to empower aspiring athletes, guiding them on their journey to become the players they aspire to be. In the realm of soccer, June's purpose has found its home, and she is grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others through the beautiful game.

The Dutch have earned a deserved reputation for their technical creativity, tactical awareness, attacking possessive style, and ability to know where and how on a football field to find their team mates.
